Peaches Monroe works at a bookstore in small town Washington. She's also a plus-size lingerie model, and the former girlfriend of Dalton Deangelo. He's the sexy, smoldering actor who plays TV's hottest vampire.
Now Dalton is back in town, hiding out from his past and a ton of bad publicity.
He can't keep his hands off Peaches, even though she's dating someone else.
Peaches knows that being friendly with Dalton always ends up in complete disaster, but he does have an interesting proposal for her--a wedding proposal. He says a fake wedding will save his career, and he needs her.
As much as she'd love to run into the arms of the incredibly hot, deliciously sexy actor, she's also afraid. He keeps hinting that he loves her, but he won't say the words.
Even if he did profess his love, can you ever really trust an actor?
We climbed up, stepping sideways so we didn’t murder ourselves on our roller skates. We grabbed our things and proceeded up higher and higher, until we were in darkness. I could barely see Adrian’s face, but I found his lips easily.
We kissed, sitting next to each other on the flat wooden bleacher step. I took his lower lip on my mouth and felt carefully with my tongue for the tiny scar from his lip ring.
He pressed his tongue hungrily into my mouth as one hand came across and landed on my bare knee.
He moved his lips away from mine, and over to my ear. He took my earlobe in my mouth and gently sucked it, the way he had my thumb. My skin prickled all over, and I felt myself begin to glow with sweat.
Moving down my neck, he licked and sucked and gently bit my skin until I was moaning. I could hear the crackle of his saliva as he sucked my neck, let go, and held it again with gentle pressure.
At the same time, his hand moved slowly up my leg—trepidatiously, like the hand of a young guy trying to get to third base for the first time.
I whispered, “Are you trying to get to third base?”
He pulled his hot mouth away from my neck, the saliva evaporating and cooling my neck suddenly. To accentuate this, he blew air gently on my neck. I shuddered with pleasure at the sensation.
In the shadows, I saw him lick his lips, then say, “It would be a crime for me to skip second base.” His gaze was directly on my peaches, looking luscious and heaving from my rapid breathing.
“May I?” he asked, holding out both hands, inches from my sweater puppies.
I grabbed his hands by the wrists and brought his hands firmly to me, squeezing over his hands to get him started.
“This is heaven,” he said, squeezing them together and lowering his face to the crease, breathing deeply.
I entwined my fingers in his hair and held him tightly to me—not smothering-tightly, but firm enough to let him know I liked him touching me.
“You smell fucking unbelievable,” he said, his voice muffled.

It's day 8 of the UNWRAPPED spectacular, which means it's time to meet (or should i say, re-meet?) our leading lady, Lacey!
Hi Lacey, how's it going?
Crazy! I'm packing for the holidays, and trying to plan Juliet's wedding from halfway across the country. Traveling around Christmas is always a nightmare, I just hope I make it back to Beachwood Bay on schedule. That's right, Juliet and Emerson are getting married. Are you excited for the big day?
So excited. Juliet is my best friend in the world, and although I had my doubts at first about her getting back together with Emerson, he proved that he loves her more than anything. I'm so happy they've found each other again, and are ready to take that big step into married life! Let's talk about those doubts… Back when Juliet first saw him again, you tried to talk her out of reuniting. Why was that?
At the time, Juliet had an amazing boyfriend, Daniel. He's the greatest guy in the world, and I couldn't understand why Juliet would risk all of that. But, I came to see that just because someone is Mr Right, it doesn't mean they're right for another person. Emerson is the only guy for Juliet, I'm just sorry Daniel had to get hurt. It sounds like you're a fan of Daniel's.
Sure, we were all friends in college. Is that all? Are you sure you don't have extra-friendly feelings towards him?
He was dating my BFF, and besides, Daniel would never look twice at a girl like me. I haven't seen him since they split, and I probably never will. So are you dating anyone right now?
Nope… To be honest, I'm just trying to figure out life in the real world. I moved to LA, but I feel a little lost in the city without my bestie. And if you did date, what would your ideal guy be like?
Someone strong, and dependable. A guy who cares, and treats me like a queen. A man who knows who he is, and what he wants -- not some kid, but a real man. Sounds familiar….;)
*blushes*OK, thanks for chatting. Travel safe, and have a happy holidays!
You are invited to join friends and family in Beachwood Bay for the wedding of the year…
Lacey James is wild, spontaneous and up for anything.
Daniel Sullivan is careful, sensible, and mending his broken heart.
It’s a match nobody saw coming, but when the unlikely pair get stranded together on the way home for the holidays, Lacey finds her long-term crush impossible to ignore. As the snow keeps falling, and a friendly game of truth or dare gets way out of control, Daniel discovers that the one girl he wants more than anything is the last person he expected.
But when the snow melts, will their night together be more than just a memory? And will they make it to Beachwood Bay in time for the wedding? Anything can happen this holiday season!
Fall in love with the latest installment of the internationally bestselling Beachwood Bay series by Melody Grace.

Grey and Stefan knew from the moment they met that they were destined for one another. Despite the none-too-quiet protests from his family they married straight out of high school. Their love only grew when a year later they welcomed their baby girl into the world.
Life was perfect…until one night changed everything.
A horrendous accident destroyed them; stripping them of everything they knew, taking away their happiness and their daughter. While mourning the loss of their little girl they were also suffering the loss of each other. Stefan blamed himself for their daughter’s death and drowned away the guilt in liquor. Grey had never been so alone. Stefan had died inside the day their child did. Doing the only thing she could to save herself… Grey ended their marriage.
Seven Years Later
Stefan Harrison is the most eligible bachelor with a wallet and company that continues to grow. Every night he had a different woman on his arm with the next not far behind. Grey Dawson is the lead stylist and co-owner of a reputable salon with the perfect fiancé and a beautiful wedding in her future.
But one chance meeting between Grey and Stefan is all that is needed to reawaken the feelings from the past.
She tries to avoid him but he won’t let her. Losing Grey was Stefan’s biggest mistake and he won’t stop until he wins her back. But Grey doesn’t know if she could ever trust him again. Leaving her heart to decide between the perfect future…or the past she never let go.
I hopped off the stool and walked over to him, lacing my arms around his waist. My cheek rest against his back and I heaved a big sigh breathing in the scent of his woodsy cologne.
“What would I do without you?” Richard’s soft chuckle rumbled against my face.
“You’re mistaken, Grey. It is me who would be lost without you.”
“I doubt it.” I whispered.
“How about we just never part so we don’t ever have to find out?”
His words struck a chord in my heart, jogging a moment I thought I had forgotten completely. My eyes squeezed shut as the memory took over.
The sun was just beginning to peek around the curtains, casting a glow on Stefan’s face. My head rest against his stomach as my fingers traced the delicious lines of his chest. His eyes were closed but from the way he was breathing I knew he was still awake. It had been a little more than twelve hours since we said, ‘I do’ and I still couldn’t grasp the thought. This perfect man with his incredibly intense blue eyes, soft lips and a heart of gold that he hid from the rest of the world—was mine. How on Earth had I been so lucky? It didn’t matter that we were young because I felt it in my soul, Stefan Harrison was the man I was made for. Our hearts were just pieces of a puzzle and no one else could fit together the way we did.
“What are you thinking about?” I asked, daring to break the silence with my voice.
Stefan gave a contented sigh before opening his eyes to gaze lovingly at me. “Just thinking how perfect this moment is. How incredibly perfect you are.” I smiled up at him. “I don’t deserve you Grey, but I’ll never stop trying to prove that you are everything to me.”
My hand flew to my heart as his beautiful words sank in. “Oh, Stefan…”
“I don’t know what I’d do without you, Greyson Rose. I could never imagine waking up each morning and not have you next to me.”
I sat up and wrapped my arms around his shoulders. A smile formed over my lips as I stared into his stoically stunning face.
“Well how about you just never leave and then you will never have to wake up a single day away from me.”
Stefan smiled back and pressed his forehead down to mine.
“I’m not going anywhere, baby.”
Fresh tears rolled from my eyes and stained the back of Richard’s shirt.
“I’m not going anywhere, baby.” I whispered much too low for Richard’s ears, while my arms squeezed him even tighter.

Two weeks later, he packed his belongings and stole his way into Fin’s room. She wasn’t there, so he stretched out on her bed, hands tucked behind his head, eyes trained on the ceiling, and waited.
It was midnight when she came through the door, giggling as she read a message on her phone. Finished, she tossed it on her bedside table and froze when she caught him lying there in the dark.
He heard her breath catch. “Ryan?”
The lamp by her bed switched on, coating the room in a warm, cozy glow. Fin was illuminated, her skin golden in the soft light, her cheeks flushed with happiness.
“What are you …” She trailed off after meeting his eyes. He knew what she saw. He couldn’t hold any of it back—regret, heartache, and loss for something that had never been his.
“You’re leaving,” she choked out.
Ryan couldn’t speak. He watched her stride to the open window, its sheer white curtains billowing. Staring out into the night, she wiped away tears that spilled over and ran down her cheeks.
He blinked, his own eyes burning. “I’m sorry,” he said eventually.
Fin turned and walked across the room. Sinking to the edge of the bed, she stared down at her hands. “When?”
Ryan unlocked his hands from behind his head and reached for her, pulling her down beside him. She stretched out, tucking her head under his chin. Closing his eyes, he breathed her in, allowing his arms to wrap around her. “In the morning.”
Fin’s hand fisted in his shirt as she let out a sob.
“I have to do this,” he whispered hoarsely. He trailed his fingers through her hair and touched his lips to her forehead.
She started to wipe away the tears on her face, and Ryan took hold of her hand, stilling her. “You understand, don’t you, Fin, why I have to do this?”
Ryan needed to know that she understood he wasn’t leaving her, he was leaving his past, and trying to build a new future with the Army.
“I do.” She choked again and buried her face in his neck, sobs breaking free.
“Don’t,” he whispered thickly. “Please don’t cry. You have such a big future ahead of you. You’re going to do big things with your life. Don’t let anyone stop you from being who you need to be, okay?”
Fin nodded into his neck.
Ryan pushed back so he could look her in the eye. He wouldn’t be there to watch over her anymore, so he needed to know she would look out for herself. “Promise me, Fin.”
Satisfied, he reached out and switched off the lamp. Thrust into sudden darkness, Ryan laced his fingers in hers and held her close. When her tears dried up, she drifted off into a deep slumber. In the early hours of the morning, he pressed a soft kiss to her cheek, and disentangling himself, he left the room. Having already said his goodbyes to Mike and Julie earlier in the evening, Ryan clicked the door shut softly behind him and left the house, careful not to look back.
That was the last he saw of Finlay Tanner.

I was so beyond excited to read Broken!! The Wanted series is one of my fav's and I just knew Broken was going to be a great read.....and I was right! I was funny, sexy, romantic, and Layton OMG!
You are immediately pulled in to this story from the beginning!! Layton and Whit are both damaged and you can really feel just how broken they are from reading about what happens to them. Whit with Whit's abusive relationship, and Layton, abandoned by his father and left to fend for himself with his older brother. Just when you think Layton can't possibly go through much more, you learn that is older brother Mike has passed and his b**** of a girlfriend leaves him the day after it happens!! Really I mean WTF?!?!? I wanted to just climb into the book and hold him! Poor cowboy!
The banter between the characters is fabulous and Layton and Whit's love/hate relationship is hilarious!! Courtney is down right one of the funniest characters I have read in a while. There are so many hot cowboys in this book it is just down right wrong!
“Will you do me a favor? I’m going to slowly start driving. Will you lean out and take a look at the tire? Tell me if everything looks okay.”
She nodded as she grabbed on to the bar. She leaned out the side of the Jeep. “Okay…ready.”
I smiled and gunned it while I held the brake down. Mud flew up everywhere, and she let out a scream that I was sure Mimi and her husband Frank would hear.
I let off the gas and looked over toward her. She was covered in mud.
Her mouth dropped open, and she balled up her fists. “You asshole! My eyes are burning from the mud in them, you fuckwad!”
I lost it and started laughing. I laughed so hard that I was pretty sure I’d snorted once or twice.
Whitley jumped out and began walking away.
“Where are you going?” I called after her.
“As far away from you as I can get!”
She turned and walked backward as she shot me the finger with both hands. Then, she dropped out of sight.
I jumped out of the Jeep and ran over to her.
“Shit! Oh shit! Oh my God…shit!” She cried out over and over as she held on to her ankle.
“Sweetheart, what’s wrong? Whit, what’s wrong?” I dropped to my knees.
She looked up at me, and the next thing I knew, I had a handful of mud in my face. She smeared it all over my face and down my neck. She started laughing, but then she quickly stopped when I looked at her.
“You better run,” I said, glaring at her.
“What?” She jumped up and started to run.
I gave her a good thirty-second head start before I went after her. She kept looking back at me, laughing. She ran up to a group of oaks.
“You think a few trees are going to stop me?” I asked with a sly smile.
“Layton, let’s just call a truce, okay? Truce ’cause I’m itching all over. I really need to get this mud off of me.”
I shook my head. “Oh no, Miss Reynolds. Payback is a bitch.”
“Wait! You got mud on me first! I was paying you back.”
I acted like I was going to run to the left and then made a sharp move to the right. She screamed and tried to go left, but then she slipped. I ran up to her, picked her up, and threw her over my shoulder. I looked up and saw we were near the hunter’s cabin. There was a tank right around the bend next to the cabin.
Oh yeah, her ass is going in the tank.
“Layton, put me down! Layton! Oh. My. God. No, Layton, no! Where are you taking me?”
She must have seen the tank because she started kicking and screaming.
“Scream all you want, honey. No one can hear you!” I laughed.
“Mimi! Frank!” she yelled out. “I know sound travels in the country.”
“Whit, it’s pouring. No one can hear you.”
I smacked her ass, and she let out another scream.
“You’re crazy! Layton, please…I’ll do anything.”
I walked up to the edge of the tank and saw a snake. Shit. She lucked out!
I turned around and saw a huge mud puddle. I started walking toward the cabin.
“Oh, thank God! I thought you were going to throw me in the tank.”
“I was…but I saw a snake.”
She started screaming and kicking again. “Oh my God! Put me down! I just want to go back to the house. I want down, Layton! Now!”
“You want down?”
“Yes! Right now, you asshole!”
“Okay then.” I dropped her right into the mud puddle.
Overall Broken was a great book.....the only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the fact that I felt like I was reading the Wanted series but with different characters. This is not a bad thing by any means but I just felt like it almost could have been part of the wanted series instead of a new series. The similarities in the books were almost too close for me. However it was still a wonderful read and I totally give it 4 kisses. I cannot wait for Court and Reeds story!

Who is Kelly Elliott?
Really I'm just a wife to a wonderful Texas cowboy who has a nack for making me laugh almost daily and supports my crazy ideas and dreams for some unknown reason...he claims it's because he loves me.....so I'll just go with that one!
I'm also a mom to an amazing daughter who constantly is asking me to make her something to eat while she has her fingers moving like mad on her cell phone sending out what I'm sure is another very important text message!
Oh...and I like to sit down and write in my spare time!
I live in the Texas hill country and one of my favorite things to do is go for hikes around our property with my second favorite man, Gus....my chocolate lab and my sweet girl Rose, our golden retriever. A new adult story of Love. Sex. Addiction. Blackmail. And Power...
Some say love can be an addiction. Others say it's the thing that makes life worth living. Let me tell you everything I know about love...Love isn't patient, love isn't kind. Love is a game, a chase. A thrill. Love is wild and war-like, and every man and woman must fight for themselves. At least that's how it was for me. A high-priced virgin call girl by the time I started college, I was addicted to love and to sex. Even though I've never had either. I controlled love, played it, and held the world in the palm of my hands. Then I fell down from those highs, and I'm being blackmailed for all my mistakes, forced to keep secrets from everyone, except the only guy I don't regret.
With all the other women, I knew what they were. They were temporary. They were pills, they were bottles, they took away all the pain, and numbed the awful memories that wore down my ragged, wasted heart. Until I met Harley. She's the only girl I ever missed when she walked away. But now she's back in my life, every day, and there are no guarantees for us, especially since I don't know how to tell her my secrets. What happened to my family. All I know is she's the closest I've ever come to something real, and I want to feel every second of it.
How can you love with no regrets when regret is all you know?
You know that old adage – ‘why break something that’s not broken’? Well, I’ll be honest with you. For me, Lauren Blakely’s books are a go-to for lighthearted, smexy times. If I need something funny and smart with an HEA, I know I can pick up a “Blakely Boy” (as I so lovingly call her book boys) and I know I’m in excellent hands. So, when I read the synopsis for this book – I was concerned. It seemed so…so…so “edgy”. So dark. So NOT “lighthearted smexy times”. I panicked a little. I really did.
And I’m a fool.
Sometimes when you break out of the box, great things happen. And that is so obviously the case with Lauren’s new book “The Thrill Of It”. This is a captivating story of two addicts that are brought together by fate. Their stories are heartbreaking and gritty. There are no unicorns and rainbows for these two. But as their story unfolds and they face their pasts, it is beautiful. You FEEL for these two. You feel like you are living this story, not reading it.
As “dark” (for a lack of a better word) this story is, it is also so “bright”. “The Thrill Of It” is one of those rarities that really work their way into your psyche and touch you in a way that only certain stories do.
Don’t get me wrong - this story is all kinds of smoldering steaminess. LOL They ARE addicts! ;) But there is so much MORE to this story; it is so much deeper than the physical aspect that, unlike a lot stories in this genre, the sex is simply an element of this book and not the only one.
I’ve loved Lauren since I met Reeve (my first “Blakely Boy”) in Pretending He’s Mine last year. Her writing has gotten stronger, edgier, deeper, sexier – so much better with each and every book. Watching Lauren blossom has been something to behold. She is THE author to watch in 2014!

Special Edition Holiday novel
Erotic Romance - Mature Audience
You are personally invited to spend the holidays with the Walker brothers and their families. As with any other time of the year, the seven brothers know how to heat things up while stirring up trouble, and between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, they don’t hold back.
See how Kaleb, Zane, Travis, Sawyer, Brendon, Ethan, and Braydon spend their days and nights through the holiday season. But just a warning… it doesn’t snow much in Coyote Ridge, Texas and they may just be the reason for that.
Warning: This book contains sexy, smoking hot Texas cowboys that may melt the snow outside your window. If nothing else, it’ll warm you up for the holidays. This book contains sexual encounters and graphic language that some readers may find objectionable, including, but not limited to: m/f, m/m, m/f/m, m/m/f encounters. Contains graphic material that is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18
Another outstanding book from “The Queen of Sexy”, Nicole Edwards!
I loved this – completely and utterly loved it! It really is the perfect mix of romance / sex, angst / happiness, and drama / peace. Nicole took the raw sexiness that is her trademark and paired it with the family traditions many of us know. It worked beautifully.
The Walker Brothers are the hottest set of brothers known to a book whore! This book gives us a little insight into each one – a little glimpse into each of their lives. (Can I just note that I’m dying for Sawyer’s book! I love him the most. I think. LOL) It’s like one of those cheesecakes you can get at the grocery store – each little slice has a different topping. One has chocolate chips, one raspberries, one nuts. That’s what this book is - a book whore’s dream!
If you are a member of Nicole Nation, this is a MUST READ. If you aren’t familiar with the “Alluring Indulgence” series, I suggest grabbing a glass of wine and get started. The books in this series literally have a hotness factor that is out of the stratosphere – so be warned!
Sometimes, one dark moment is all it takes to turn your world black...
For 24-year old Dominic Kinkaide, that moment took place on the night of his high school graduation. One dark incident changed him forever. He's a hardened actor now, famous in the eyes of the world, but tortured in his own. He doesn't care about much of anything, except for losing himself in the roles that he plays.
23-year old Jacey Vincent doesn't realize how much her father's indifference has affected her. She is proof that sometimes it isn't one specific moment that wrecks a person, but rather it's an absence of moments. She's like a bird with a broken wing-strong yet fragile, as she tries to float through life, finding acceptance in the arms of random guys, one after the other... to fill the void that her father left in her.
Until she meets Dominic.
After jaded Dominic and strong-willed Jacey are thrown together, his secret and her issues create a dark and damaged energy that will soon turn their attraction to each other into an explosive storm.
Even though when the clouds have cleared and the dust has settled, both of them are almost obliterated... they've learned a priceless lesson.

Hollywood playboy Dominic Kinkaid is a major bad boy....dark, hot, sexy and complete broken.
Courtney Cole did a wonderful job writing the Characters in this book. While Dominic is a little too damaged for my taste, the big surprise for me was Jacey the heroine in the book. I LOVED HER! One of my favorites to date! She is strong, outgoing, and even though she is suffering for a messed up past, she is doing what she can to make her future a good one. She is funny and carefree and I loved that about her.
There are many emotions in this story. Grief, loss, anguish, love....I felt each and every one of them while reading!
Overall, the book was very well written and I enjoyed reading the story of Dominic and Jacey. Courtney Cole's writing is wonderful she knows how to pull you in. For some reason I just didn't connect to this story the way I thought I was going to to, therefore I give Before We Fall 3.5 stars.
